Black smoke stares Mr. Eko for a while (with flashes from his life inside the lightning). Maybe he´s being judged?
Yemi begs for Eko not to go on the plane (small one with drugs). He says he wants to save his life, so he calls the militaries and takes a shot in the chest. Finally he gets into the plane by "accident" and Eko stays. Maybe he foresaw the crash and took his place?
